POSITION: Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting

Ensure that the company’s public financial statements are of the
highest standards of quality, GAAP compliant and useful to
management and the investing public. Prepare draft SEC reports
in a timely manner to facilitate in-depth internal review and
analysis. Supervise SEC Accountant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) External Reporting
- Prepare and review all draft SEC 34 ACT filings including but
not limited to: 10-K, 10-Q, DEF 14A (Proxy), 8-K, 11-K.
Coordinate independent auditor audits and reviews.
- Maintain external reporting calendar
- Assist with preparation of Board of Director meeting presentations
and materials.
- Assist with preparation of annual report.
2) Subsidiary financial reporting
- Consolidate subsidiary and parent company financial statements
as necessary.
- Assist subsidiary with matters relating to US GAAP financial
statements as necessary.
3) Equity Accounting
- Supervise accounting for equity matters including Stock options,
and Other employee stock compensation plans and warrants.
- Supervise and review calculations of equity program related
compensation including but not limited to stock option compensation
required by FAS123R.
- Maintain recordkeeping for authorized reserves for common stock issuances.
4) Technical Competence
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of GAAP accounting and keep
current with new accounting and financial reporting pronouncements.
- Prepare written accounting and financial reporting position papers
on an as-needed basis
5) Other Functions as may be assigned by Supervisor.

- Must maintain the highest ethical standards
- Must be quality oriented
- Must continually display a high level of attention to detail
- Must adhere and comply with processing schedules developed by
Supervisor and Company Management
- Must maintain confidentiality over all finance and accounting
matters and information
- Must be service-oriented and foster positive cross-department
relations
- Should exhibit a flexible work style and demonstrate ability
to work independently
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance required
- CPA required
- Minimum of six years of work experience is required
- Minimum of three years experience with “Big Four” required
- Significant SEC reporting experience is also required
- High level of computer and accounting system skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
