This well established client is looking for it's next SEC Accounting Manager who has 5-7 years of experience with an active CPA do prepare all external filing - 10K/10Q, etc.
This client is looking for someone who has experience on the audit side of a Big 4 Public Accounting organization!
What you would be responsibilities for:
* Will be responsible for coordination, preparation and reporting of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
* Duties will also included research, analysis and preparation of written accounting and financial reporting positions papers on an as-needed basis, as well as financial support related to due diligence, fair value analyses, purchase price allocations, etc. as needed.
* This position will work closely with our independent auditors.
What you need to have:
* Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification and public accounting auditing experience.
* Individual must be a highly ethical professional who is able to work independently, communicate effectively (both written and orally), and manage multiple competing priorities.
* A thorough understanding of GAAP and technical accounting research is required.
* The successful candidate will be a motivated team player who is willing to accept fast-changing and challenging work assignments.
* Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, are mandatory.
