QuickBooks Backup ?

My day to day business data is maintained with QuickBooks. As a precautionary measure I want to backup them to a secure offsite location regularly. My accounts consultant recommended me this online backup for Quicken and QuickBooks (http://www.ibackup.com/quicken) as a solution.

Have anyone used this type of backup service to backup your QuickBooks?
