Biotech/Pharma company seeking is seeking a candidate to join the Finance team reporting to the Senior Director of Finance & Controller. In this position, you will be responsible for managing SEC filings, GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Qualified candidates will have a BS degree in Finance/Accounting; Big 4 CPA required and ERP (Peoplesoft/Oracle) system experience a plus. Must have a minimum of 10 years overall with at least 5 years of financial experience in the Biotechnology or high tech industries. Strong understanding GAAP and SEC reporting regulations. Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management and others in the company. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent analytical, computer, written and verbal skills.
