Here are the details:

Job Description:
o Assist in the preparation of 1-2 SEC filings including Form 10Q, 10K, and 8K
o Work with auditors in their review of the financial statements and SEC filings
o Perform consolidation and liquidation accounting
o Review and analyze property level reporting packages
o Be involved with the review of special transactions
o Prepare and analyze account reconciliations
o Perform variance analyses
o Prepare journal entries with supporting backup for the corporate entities
o Interact with internal auditors
o Assist with ad hoc reporting and other special projects, including developing policies and procedures and SOX documentation

Required Skill:
o Excellent knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley
o Excellent accounting, financial reporting, and written and verbal communication skills
o Self-starter with strong planning and time management skills
o Attention to detail
o Ability to work in a fast paced environment
o Excellent follow-thru skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Education and Experience:
o BS and/or MS degree in Accounting or related field
o Big "4" CPA with 4-6 years experience
o SEC reporting experience
o Real estate experience preferred but not required

The total compensation package is approximately $150k!
